Systems Reliability

Severability
If any provision in this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable under an applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Governing Law and Venue
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You hereby irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State. In the event that any of the Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid, voidable or unenforceable under New South Wales law, this will not affect the remainder of the Terms and Conditions.
